Save Chapeltown, Ecclesfield & Grenoside's Greenbelt Community Campaign
A proud member of the Sheffield Green Belt Alliance
By our Community, for our Community - standing together to protect the Green Belt in S35 and beyond.

Sheffield City Council plans to release large areas of Green Belt across Sheffield for housing and warehousing. A large proportion of the allocated Green Belt is in Chapeltown, Ecclesfield and Grenoside.
This will permanently change our lives and our communities.
If these sites are approved it sets a dangerous precedent: once the door is opened, all of Sheffield's Green Belt becomes vulnerable.
Sheffield is known as one of the greenest cities in the UK. When our street trees were threatened, residents stood together and fought to protect them. Now we must do the same to protect Sheffield's Green Belt.
That is why we have launched a city-wide petition. Every signature will be submitted to the Inspectors as part of the Sheffield Green Belt Alliance response to the latest consultation.
Please click the link to the petition below to add your signature before Monday 14th April.
